What is PinkCity Trend’s Exchange Policy? How Does It Work?

PinkCity Trend offers a 7-day Size Exchange Policy that allows you to exchange items purchased from our website for a different size within seven days of receiving the item. We request that the product remains unused and is returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. While trying on products is fine, please ensure they are kept in perfect condition.

Exchange Fee

For all size exchanges, a nominal fee of INR 99 is charged, which will be added to the replacement order invoice. This fee covers the cost of processing and handling your exchange.

  • The exchange fee is applied only once, even if your original order was split into multiple deliveries.

Note: All exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Terms & Conditions for PinkCity Trend’s 7-Day Size Exchange Policy

  1. All products to be exchanged must be unused, with tags and packaging intact (e.g., shoes must be returned in the original shoebox).
  2. An exchange fee of INR 99 applies and will be included in the invoice of your replacement order.
  3. Allow 24 hours post-delivery for the exchange option to appear in your PinkCity Trend account.
  4. Double-check the product(s) and reason for exchange when submitting your request. Our courier partner will collect only the item(s) mentioned in the exchange request.
  5. If the product(s) handed to the courier executive differ from the exchange request, the pickup will be canceled.
  6. For sets or combos, the entire set/combo must be exchanged. Individual items from the set cannot be exchanged.
  7. The exchange will be processed as per the product(s) selected during the request. PinkCity Trend is not responsible for any additional or incorrect products handed over to the courier during pickup.
  8. Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of services in your PIN code area.
  9. You must upload clear images of the product(s) with tags during the exchange request. Incorrect or invalid images will result in the rejection of your request.

How to Raise a Second Exchange Request?

Currently, PinkCity Trend does not support a second size exchange for the same order. However, if you wish to initiate another exchange, a fee of INR 250 will apply.


What to Do If You Receive a Damaged/Defective/Incomplete/Wrong Order?

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by raising a ticket from your PinkCity Trend account. After inspecting your request, we will replace the product(s) as necessary.


When Will My Pickup for Size Exchange Occur?

Reverse pickups will be completed within 2-3 working days by our courier partner. However, availability depends on your PIN code.

  • If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to courier the product(s) to us. In this case, we will reimburse courier charges up to INR 250.

Why Did My Pickup Fail?

Our courier partner will attempt the pickup three times. If all three attempts fail, the pickup request will be marked as unsuccessful. You can reinitiate the pickup by raising a ticket from your PinkCity Trend Account.


Can I Return Products and Get a Refund?

Currently, PinkCity Trend does not offer returns or refunds for delivered orders. We only provide size exchanges for products in your order.
If you face any other issues, raise a ticket through your account, and we will address the issue within 48 hours.
